Packaging company Sealed Air reported net earnings of $44m for Q4 2025, with net sales rising 2% to $1.4bn. The company is set to go private in an acquisition by funds affiliated with CD&R for $10.3bn. Stockholders approved the merger, expected to close in mid-2026 pending regulatory approvals.
